I was responsible for setting up the local company structure and team, managing Mindspace Koszyki and its expansion in 2019. Currently, I hold the role of City Lead Poland and I am responsible primarily for Mindspace’s development, expansion, and operations in Warsaw. I also coordinate the commercialization of projects and ongoing cooperation with business partners, mainly brokers, real estate agents, and tenants. Before joining Mindspace, holding management positions I worked in the Fly Away Travel, and Louvre Hotels Group. I graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Koźmiński University.

Mixed Use, Leisure & Retail

Upswing to come or repurposing the only way forward?

  • From great change comes great opportunity, but where will the value come from?
  • How much will retail depend on logistics? Is it essentially Retail-Logi as the new asset class?
  • Lending Capital - alternative funding the only option or are there still traditional sources out there?
  • Food Anchored Retail - More upswing to come or hampered by supply chain?
  • Offices - How to repurpose your property and meet tenant expectations?
  • Sense of Place vs Location Costs in Prime and Secondary Locations
