Karolis Adlis joined W. P. Carey’s European Investments Team in 2015 and currently serves as Executive Director. Prior to joining the firm, he worked at Jefferies Investment Bank as an Equity Derivatives Trader and prior to that as a Market Risk Analyst. Previously he interned as a Credit Analyst and also a Quantitative Analyst at UBS Investment Bank. Karolis has extensive experience structuring transactions in the Nordic and Central and Eastern European markets. Since joining the firm, he has played an instrumental role in over €1.2 billion in sale-leaseback, net lease and build-to-suit investments. Karolis graduated magna cum laude from the University of Bath with a B.Sc. in Business Administration.
