Mr. Piper is a Partner based in London and a member of TPG Real Estate’s Investment Committee. Prior to joining TPG, he was a Partner in the Real Estate Group at Ares Management, where he spent 12 years, before which he was a member of the European Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Credit Suisse. He received a Masters degree in Physics from the University of Cambridge, where he graduated with First Class Honours. He is also a trustee and Honorary Treasurer of the Royal Trinity Hospice, a charity providing care and support for those with life-limiting conditions in London.

Madeleine was key in driving the client franchise which included leading UK institutions, large global investors and best in class developers. The business has continued to innovate with a £1bn Green financing fund and providing long term financing through its Scottish Widows arm.

Director of Investment & Partnerships, responsible for Hyde's strategy to engage with private capital, leading a team to identify, develop and enhance long-term partnerships with a broad mix of partners including housebuilders, developers, and institutional investors. Catherine has worked in residential development for over 15 years. Prior to joining Hyde she spent 9 years at JLL, specialising in public private partnerships, and working with public sector landowners to bring forward major development and regeneration projects.
Mohamad is the CEO of SFO Capital Partners. He is also a member of SFO’s Board of Directors and its ESG Committee, and chairs the firm’s Executive and Investment Committees. Mohamad has been leading all aspects of the firm’s development since 2013.
With over 18 years of experience, Mohamad has been involved in more than USD15 billion of transactions in both advisory and principal roles across the real estate, hospitality and financial services sectors. Prior to joining SFO, Mohamad held positions at Kingdom Hotel Investments, JLL and Gulf Merger where he advised and acted on behalf of institutional investors and family offices on cross border transactions including mergers and acquisitions, direct investments and asset management.
Nadav has 20 years of experience in Real Estate and investment
banking, M&A and advisory work. He was Morgan Stanley’s Head of
Israel investment banking office and served as the European Banking
Operations Officer in London. Nadav was also the COO of Delek
Global Real Estate plc. He served as the Chairman of Soluto Ltd and is
currently the Chairman of Ownera which is a digital trading platform.
He continues to serve as Board Member on a number of company
boards, public and private. Nadav holds and MSc in Finance from the
London Business School and an LLB in Law.
