L'enjeu de la mixité fonctionnelle est souvent mis en avant par les professionnels de l'immobilier comme un moyen de freiner la dispersion des fonctions et de (re)vitaliser des quartiers en pleine mutation.
Comment le secteur s'adapte t'il a ce nouvel enjeu largement plébiscité par les aménageurs? Quels en sont les bénéfices, mais aussi les contraintes? La mixité fonctionnelle doit être pensée, financée, construite, commercialisée puis habitée, ce qui demande aux structures existantes de s'adapter et d'innover.
Nous serons reçus par Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield au CNIT, actif mixte par excellence, abritant sous le même toit un pole gare régionale, un centre commercial, des bureaux, un hôtel, une école et un centre de congrès.
