Laurent Diot is CEO of HARVESTATE Asset Management. He was previously the CFO of NEXITY, leading French developer, from 2008 to early 2014. He has served as Vice President of NEXITY in charge of international operations and CEO of NEXITY International (2002-2007) and as Vice President, Business Development of NEXITY (2000-2002) in charge of mergers and acquisitions. Before joining the CGIS (Compagnie Générale d'Immobilier et de Services) in the Vivendi group as Director of Audit and Strategy (1996-2000), he served as project manager at the Compagnie des Eaux et de l'Ozone (Générale des Eaux Group). He holds a degree from the Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (H.E.C.).

Between 2011 and 2014: SVP in charge of Accor’s M&A and real estate transactions. Between 2005 and 2011: pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank’s MD in Paris. Prior to 2005: London-based working on a pan-european basis for Credit Suisse in real estate investment banking, for GE Capital as Acquisitions Head for the Specialty Finance Division, and for JP Morgan in the Financial Institutions Group, mostly in M&A.

Philippe joined ICGRE in May 2020 and serves as Managing Director and Head of European Investments. Philippe joined from BNP Paribas Asset Management where he founded and headed the Real Estate Debt activity from 2017. Beforehand he was at Acofi Gestion where he was head of Real Estate Debt funds and was responsible for managing investments in CRE loans in Europe from 2013. In 2008 Philippe joined CBRE, the property consultancy firm, to set up the Debt Advisory business for France. Philippe holds a Master's degree in Corporate Finance from EM Lyon business school and a Master's degree in Business Law from Jean Moulin University.

Delphine Benchétrit founded Finae with Michaela Robert in 2010, establishing the profession of real estate financing consultant in France. Prior to this, Delphine set up, as an Executive Director, Lehman Brother’s French real estate department. Before this, Delphine has gained an extensive experience of the French real estate market for 15 years, working as an investor within the Affine Group and as a banker at KBC Bank and Natixis. Delphine originated and syndicated over Euro 5 billion senior debt and more than 400 million mezzanine/acquisition debt. She also executed circa 15 equity deals in all asset classes for investment funds, listed and non-listed real estate companies as well as family offices.
