Biography

Head of Real Estate Debt in the Alternative Debt platform at BNP PAM. In his previous role, he was head of CRE debt funds at Acofi and was responsible for managing investments in commercial real estate loans in Europe since 2013. Before, he found the Debt Advisory business at CBRE France where he advised property investors on their loan issuances and restructurings, as well as financial institutions on their CRE loan sales in Europe. Philippe began his career as a structured finance banker for Commerzbank in Paris and then for ABN Amro in London. He gained experience in originating and arranging loans on various asset classes including property and NPL, and structuring CMBS and CLOs. Philippe holds a Master's degree in Corporate Finance.
