How does the GRI India Awards 2024 work?
Who can participate?
Developers, operators, managers, banks, funds, investors, financiers, construction companies, and those involved in the Indian real estate sector.
How can I submit a project?
You can submit a project for free to participate in the awards. Submissions can be made by the general public and by project owners and third-parties.
Definition of the Top 10
GRI Club will evaluate each nomination and select up to 10 (ten) projects in each category to proceed to the next stage. The chosen projects will be announced on the official awards channels.
Definition of the Top 3
Through open online voting by the public and club members, 3 (three) finalists will be selected for each category. This Top 3 will be announced on the official awards channels.
GRI Awards Ceremony
The overall winners of each category will be announced on the day of the awards ceremony, at an exclusive dinner reserved for GRI Club members and the finalists (Top 3) from each category.
