Connecting the main decision makers of the Mexican market

The 3rd edition of the already consolidated Infra Mexico GRI will bring together investors, operators, banks, specialists, and government authorities to discuss Infrastructure challenges, as well as the directions of the sector in Mexico.

Agathe Vigne is in charge of Business Development for Egis Projects in Latin America. She has a Master’s degree from Lyon’s Institute of Political studies and the Faculty of Economics of Lyon II, with a specialization in Latin American Energy Policy. After various research projects on Mexico’s national oil company Pemex, she occupied several positions in the French Embassy’s trade and investment office, in Madrid and Mexico. Her current activities aim at developing partnerships with both public and private actors in Mexico in the infrastructure sector, more specifically to implement new technologies and know-how in road operation and maintenance.

Based in Mexico City, Alonso plays a key role in developing and managing CDPQ's investments in Mexico and Latin American region. He also establishes and maintains close relationships with key public and private institutions to reinforce CDPQ’s positioning as a long-term partner and investor in the LA region. Before joining CDPQ México, since 2011, he was Corporate Managing Director, Public Sector and Capital Markets – Latin America at Citi and Banamex. Previously, Alonso worked as Chief Executive Officer of Banobras and Deputy Minister of Finance and Public Credit in the Mexican Ministry of Finance. John Kaye is a member of the Latin America Infrastructure team and is a board member of our Chilean regulated water companies, Essbio and Esval. John has a variety of transaction experience across the utility, transport and power sectors from his tenure at Ontario Teachers'. He joined the infrastructure team full-time in 2008 after completing an internship with Ontario Teachers' in the summer of 2007. He was previously an investment banking analyst at National Bank Financial. John earned a BBA and a B.Sc. from Bishop's University, and an MBA from the Rotman School of Management. He is a CFA Charterholder and has completed the OTPP Private Investments Board of Directors Program at the University of Toronto, Rotman School of Management.
