Overview
Le GRI Club organise un webinaire sur l'industrialisation numérique du marché immobilier en collaboration avec l'Institut FIDJI, un centre de compétences spécialisé dans l'industrie numérique immobilière. Le marché de l’immobilier s’engage lui aussi sur une trajectoire verte l’obligeant à se mobiliser, limité par le capex mais aussi par les contraintes réglementaires émergentes, la taxonomie européenne, la performance énergétique et bas carbone de toutes les classes d’actifs. L'utilisation du numérique, qui se veut simple et efficace, est essentielle pour mesurer les actions performantes, dont l'impact stratégique et les coûts sont au cœur des défis actuels.
