Raul is the CEO of a new Industrial Reit, FIBRA NEXT, the largest owner and developer of Industrial properties in Mexico. Prior to this he co-founded and Managed a Real Estate lending vehicle, CKD, launched 2017. The fund focused on issuing loans for income producing properties, including office buildings, retail centers, industrial properties and hotels. From 2013-2016, Raul was the President and CEO for GE in Mexico and before that he lead the Real Estate Business in GE Mexico for several years.
