José Antonio Diez de Bonilla Martinez focuses his practice on real estate matters, with an emphasis on mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures and development transactions across various industries, including hospitality and retail. His experience spans the negotiation, documentation and closing of the sale, purchase, financing, construction, development and operation of residential, commercial, mixed use, industrial and resort projects, including hotels, golf courses and marinas, among others. Diez de Bonilla Martinez has been recognized by several publications, including Chambers & Partners. In 2018, he was recognized in real estate by Chambers Latin America, The Legal 500, and Latinvex.
