Biography
Guillermo has an MBA in Entrepreneurship and a PHD in Economic and Political History. Founder and current CEO of the first private regional real estate fund (Mobiliare LATAM), managing 100+ assets in nine countries in Latin America. Founded, developed, and sold businesses in different industries including BPO (sold first division to TELUS (TIXT), and the second to One Equity partners, and jointly after to Webhelp of France through Rothschild as our representative. Additionally, sold the first credit bureau in the region to Trans Union, and was part of the initial investor group and Board of Dollar City in the region (recently partnered and sold equity to Dollarama (DOL.TO). Past president of the Central American Chamber of Exporters
Mobilare Latam is a regional Real Estate private fund with more than 20 years of experience developing and operating industrial and office assets in more than 9 countries in Latin America.
