Biography
Founding partner of Faria Lima Capital (fund management company) which manages the FLCR11 fund that invest in CRI, and Habitasec Securitizadora (mortgage finance company) which up to jan/2022 had issued 190 CRI (RMBS and CMBS) totaling R$10 billion, raising money for real estate developers of several sectors. Habitasec has direct distribution to asset managers and family offices. Previously worked for 15 years in investment banking, both in M&A and capital markets (Pactual, Goldman Sachs, Rothschild, and Barclays).
