He also worked as Director of the PPI of the Presidency of the Republic, in the field of airports and privatization of public companies. Currently, he is the National Secretary of Sanitation.

O Secretário-Executivo da SEGOV, Jonathas de Castro, trará uma atualização sobre o andamento das questões consideradas prioritárias pela coordenação entre o Poder Executivo e o Congresso, além dos temas setoriais pendentes de aprovação (licitações, debêntures, concessões, gás, novo marco do setor elétrico, saneamento e ferrovias). Já os Secretários Marcelo Sampaio (MInfra) e Bruno Eustáquio (MME) analisarão os impactos que estas mudanças devem ter sobre seus sobre os setores de Infraestrutura e Energia.
