Biography

Stefanie is currently responsible for the asset management of all on-balance-sheet assets of BVK, AuM totalling EUR 7 bn existing stock and EUR 1.7 bn projects

In addition, since July she took over the deputy role of BVK’s real estate management platform, allowing her valuable insights in the global real estate investments via fund structures.

Previous assignments include Europe-wide responsibility for corporate real estate management with global IT company Fujitsu and Asset Management and Portfolio Management roles at Goldman Sachs as well as valuable expertise in architectural planning of large, highly complex buildings. She holds degrees in architecture and business.
