Biography
Anze "N.J." is Director at Tristan Capital Partners in the Portfolio Management team, overseeing implementation of value-add and core+ real estate investment strategies (€15bn AUM) across Europe and various sector. N.J. also manages portfolio analysis team and valuation program across Tristan's Funds, oversees delivery of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) projects, focusing on integration of ESG considerations into investment process and future-proofing Funds’ assets, and sits on Tristan’s ESG Committee. Prior to joining Tristan, N.J. worked at CBRE Capital Advisors and was responsible for financial analysis of complex real estate assets and multi-asset portfolios, including large transactions and projects.
