Biography

Andrew Hudson is the Head of Cost Management, bringing his extensive Quantity Surveying experience to the rapidly growing PDS area of the business. Overseeing all cost consultancy activity, incorporating a data and digital-driven approach to support clients in evaluating the scope and business strategies of their projects to best align with financial optimisation and net zero carbon ambitions. He has a comprehensive cross-sector background across all stages of construction financial management, focusing in particular on the formative stages of developments. Over the past 30 years he has delivered a range of complex and high-profile projects in leadership roles at CBRE APAC, HB Reavis, Arcadis and Davis Langdon
