Biography
Felipe Guazzelli iniciou sua carreira no mercado imobiliário na Cushman & Wakefield, em 2007, onde atuou no departamento de Representação de Inquilinos por 7 anos, sendo responsável por liderar tal operação durante os últimos dois anos em que esteve na empresa. Em 2014, juntou-se à BR Properties como head do departamento de Locações, sendo responsável pela gestão do portfólio da companhia por meio da condução de todos os processos de locação de áreas vagas e de renegociação dos contratos vigentes. Atualmente, também exerce a função de head do departamento de Investimentos, sendo responsável pelos processos de aquisição, venda e desenvolvimento de ativos.
