Biography
Florian is co-founder and partner at Resonance Partners. As a seasoned industry professional, he has over 14 years of experience in corporate finance / M&A and real estate.
He has led or was involved in over $6bn of real estate investors with companies like Blackstone, Round Hill Capital, Deutsche Bank, Och-Ziff, and Stepstone. Before founding Resonance Partners, Florian was a partner at Global Founders Capital. Prior to that he was the Head of Acquisitions for Round Hill Capital and a member of the investment committee. Florian also worked for Blackstone’s platform Vitus, acquiring Multifamily assets for their Real Estate Funds.
