Biography
Nicolás is Director, Acquisitions at Gava Capital. Since 2017 he's led Investments, Deal Sourcing, and Business Development for over $350M usd in assets. Before Gava he worked at GE Capital Real Estate on the Debt Side in risk management and real estate valuation. While at GE, he also worked in Strategic Planning, Internal Consulting and Business Development in Mexico, Colombia and Brazil and graduated from GE’s Commercial Leadership program “CLP”. He began his career at Vesta Industrial Real Estate Fund as an Asset Manager.

Nicolás has a Certificate in Real Estate Finance & Development from the MIT Center for Real Estate in Cambridge, MA and an Industrial Engineering degree from TEC de Monterrey (ITESM) in Mexico.
