Biography
She has advised different kind of clients in real estate matters including hospitality projects, vacation clubs, time sharing programs, housing, fractional property, logistics and warehousing, and, in general, all kind of real estate business. Her experience includes the incorporation of all kinds of trust agreements, including investment, administration, guaranty and trusts with commercial purposes. For 3 years she worked as general counsel of different companies; being an in-house lawyer allows her to be aware of client needs, which defines her as practical lawyer with ability to suggest business-oriented solutions.
