Biography
Julio Delgado Villanueva is the current president of JDRE, he began his career as a commercial real estate professional in 1992 at CBRE where he worked until 1999 to later collaborate as vice president at JLL Monterrey until 2008, the year he was hired by Cushman & Wakefield. ending the year 2019. In the period 1992- to date he has led different teams of corporate services of offices and industrials in Mexico. For 28 years, it has executed a high percentage of the transactions of offices, industrial warehouses of great relevance in Mexico City, Bajio and Northern Mexico, including relocations and consolidations of large companies and industrial corporations, as well as the sale of its corporate properties.
