Biography
Mr. Rencoret is the founder of Territoria. Has built a significant portfolio of mix use projects in El Golf district, Santiago, Chile . Among them a world class “Isidora 3000” . Currently Territoria has a Pipe line of 1.3B of real estate in Santiago. In partnership with ADIA Territoria is finishing the most relevant mix use in the region. Additionally was the creator of Hotel concept of Awasi and 1995 was the author New York City at the Edge of Enigma, published by Princeton Architectural Press.
