Biography
Administrador Financiero de la Corporación Universitaria de Ibagué, Magíster en Ciencias Económicas con Énfasis en Comercio Exterior enfocado en la investigación. Cuenta con más de 23 años de experiencia en el régimen aduanero colombiano, y ha sido generador de políticas inherentes a la legislación del Régimen de Zonas Francas. Actualmente es Gerente General de la Desarrolladora de Zonas Francas cargo que ejerce desde 2016. Se desempeñó por 11 años como Gerente General de la Zona Franca de Bogotá donde también fue director de operaciones por 4 años.

Su trayectoria incluye 8 años ejerciendo cargos directivos en la Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales.
