Damon Gacicia is a Director within the Airbnb Real Estate group where he leads a supply team focused on driving growth and supply opportunities for Airbnb-friendly apartments.
Damon's expertise is in multifamily leasing and marketing for long term, short term, and furnished and unfurnished rentals. Formerly the Global Head of Supply at Urbandoor, acquired by Airbnb, Damon expanded supply to 1500 markets across 70+ countries. Previously, he played a key role at MyNewPlace.com and led business development for LeaseStar at RealPage.
