Founder CEO @ Hi:hab, a coliving company. Hi:hab is the leading coliving management company in Mexico. In 2019 it begun developing coliving-purposed properties, reaching 199 units in Q1 '22. The company has a current pipeline of 1,500 units in both new properties and office-to-multifamily conversions. Aims to reach 10,000 units in AUM by 2024.

Cuauhtemoc has a 15-yr experience in the housing and land development sector with deep experience in over 30 markets across Mexico. BS in City and Regional Planning from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and MBA from Stanford University.
