Claudia cuenta con 20 años de experiencia en desarrollo de negocios, un profundo conocimiento de la industria de la hospitalidad, el mercado hotelero en América Latina y la franquicia de marcas hoteleras.

Actualmente, Claudia es la Gerente de Desarrollo de Nuevos Negocios de Accor para Colombia y Ecuador. Anteriormente, ha ocupado varios cargos en la industria hotelera, recientemente siendo Gerente Regional de Desarrollo de Negocios en Interval International. También trabajó para Wyndham Hotels & Resorts como Directora de Ventas Globales y Directora de Desarrollo de Negocios para Colombia, Ecuador y Perú.
