Biography
Antonio Maldonado Sr. ha sido un visionario agro-industrial y empresario inmobiliario, que introdujo la producción de vegetales-baby en Guatemala hace 30 años (actualmente uno de los exportadores más grandes del mundo), siendo proveedor de grandes cadenas de supermercado, tales como: Whole Foods, HEB, Central Market y Publix a través de su marca privada Baby Fresh Produce. Ha recibido premios como: Mejor Exportador de Guatemala en 1991 por AGEXPORT, Asociación Guatemalteca de Exportadores (la cual cofundó). Desarrolló el centro comercial más grande del Noroeste de Guatemala (> de medio millón de pies cuadrados y una inversión de más de US$25 MM), y continúa expandiendo sus proyectos inmobiliarios por toda la región.
