Biography
Alejandro is Director at TC Latin America Partners, an SEC-registered real estate investment manager headquartered in New York, with offices in Bogotá, Lima, Santo Domingo and Mexico City. The Firm manages real estate funds comprising +US$900 MM in AUM, investing in residential, commercial, industrial, healthcare, mixed-use and digital real estate assets in Colombia, Peru, Dominican Republic and Mexico. Alejandro holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate Finance from the University of Cambridge and a bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Universidad Javeriana in Bogota, Colombia, where he graduated with honors. Additionally, Mr. Ruiz is an Associate Professor of the Engineering Faculty at Universidad Javeriana.
