He deals with warehousing and transportation for various brands like Dabur, Castrol, TATA, J&J, Godrej, Whirlpool, Asian paints, Amway, etc. Currently present in North-India, they aim to expand their roots pan-India. His current role includes process implementation, KPI design & implementation, performance monitoring, w/h operations, operation excellence, solution designing, project roll out & implementation, revenue enhancement, transport mgmt, 3PLs, requirement mgmt, risk assessment, supplier base assessment.
