Biography
Sanjay founded Living Habitats to inspire and enable the shift towards sustainable construction. He has spent close to a decade building sustainable solutions for the Indian
construction landscape. He focused on long term environmental performances of
buildings and weaved in the social connect - the need to uplift and improve the lives of all the people we are associated with, including construction workers, occupiers, vendors, neighbourhood affiliations, local authorities and non-governmental bodies.

As on date, Living Habitats is developing 1 mn sft of sustainable carbon-neutral luxury, residential space in B’lore, Hyderabad, Kottayam & Mumbai. He is also actively involved in the management of Mittal Builders.
