Biography
Neetish is the Founder of Smartworks, India’s largest provider of Enterprise-focused Managed & Flexible office spaces. Founded in 2016, with ~5mn sft under mgmt, across 32+ locations in 9 cities (Delhi-NCR, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai & Pune), Smartworks caters to 400+ organisations.
In the initial days of his career, he was inducted into the large family business in West Bengal with a strong employee base of 50000, overseeing the Group’s manufacturing units, real estate & IT divisions. He was exposed to commercial real estate through internships at Space and PS Group in the past. He is a graduate from SIM Global Education, Singapore, in finance and holds a degree in Accounting & Finance from Purdue University, Indiana.

Founded in April 2016 by Neetish Sarda and Harsh Binani, Smartworks is India’s largest provider of flexible workspaces, with a footprint of ~5 million sft. across 32+ locations in 9 cities (Delhi-NCR, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai and Pune) and caters to more than 400 organisations. Targeting 20 Mn sft in the next 4 years.
