Having over 26 years of experience he carries with himself a wealth of knowledge in the field of Finance, Accounting and Taxation. He possesses intricate understanding of the Taxation, Financial structuring, accounting practices and company regulations. He also engages profoundly in business operations and strategy, bringing in strong industry and competitive insights.Prior to joining HPVL, Keyur was associated with a Big Four accounting firm, for 11 years in the domain of Private Equity Transaction Services and Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) groups.
