Biography
Ashish leads the Business Development and Investor Relations functions at Nirlon Management Services. His role includes asset acquisitions, equity placements, debt raising, leasing, etc. He is also a key member of core team responsible for projects delivery.
He has 17+ years of experience across a wide spectrum of functions in the Real Estate sector and has navigated transactions worth over Rs.1600 cr.
Prior to NMS, he was associated with K. Raheja Corp and Mahajan & Aibara, a boutique consulting firm where he led a no. of consulting assignments & transactions.
He is a Chartered Accountant, a Graduate from Mumbai University and has completed two executive courses on Sustainable Cities & Affordable Housing from Erasmus University, Rotterdam
Since 2006, Nirlon Ltd (NL), listed on BSE, has been in the business of development and management of commercial / IT-ITES Real Estate. Nirlon Management Services (NMS) was formed in 2015, after GIC became the majority shareholder in NL, effectively making NL an asset owning entity (PropCo) and NMS becoming an OpCo. NMS provides the entire spectrum of development services from conceptualizing to execution to leasing, property mgmt, etc. NMS currently has 3 assets under its mgmt: 6.25 mn sft.
