Biography
Dr. Wulf Meinel (German nationality) has over 25 years of real estate experience as an investment manager, banker and real estate lawyer. He heads up Frasers Property Europe (FPE). FPE was formed through a merger between Geneba Properties, which Frasers acquired in July 2017, follow-on investments into grade A logistical properties and the acquisition of Alpha Industrial, a German development company, in July 2018. FPE focuses on modern logistical assets and mission critical light industrial properties in Europe, mainly in Germany and The Netherlands. The Assets under Management exceed € 2 billion.
