Prior to joining ActivumSG in January 2016, Victor worked at CBRE Spain as a Director of Asset Optimization & Development Management, and Non-Executive Board Member. He was responsible for the analysis of new operations and generating new “off-market” investments and development opportunities. Prior to CBRE, Victor was Managing Director and Board member for IDL Inverdolsa Group, a Spanish real estate Group with development, investment and construction activities. Victor has been involved in developments with a value over € 500 million. Victor started his career at Richard Ellis, with over 14 years, ending as Deputy Managing Director and Board Member in Spain, European Board Member and Chairma
