Biography
Expert in real estate investment and management. She began her career in the real estate team of Arthur Andersen over 20 years ago, where she specialized in financial-strategic consultancy and value creation of large real estate portfolios. She then worked at consulting firm Aguirre Newman (now Savills), where she built new teams and services in Corporate Finance and Hotels. In 2007, she joined GE Capital Real Estate, focusing on the acquisition and management of large projects and asset and debt portfolios in Spain and globally whilst based in the United States. It was there she started to get involved in the world of entrepreneurship and digitalization of the sector, both as an investor and advisor.
BWRE
BWRE currently manage more than €400m AUM across various vehicles with a team of more than 20 professionals. The founding partners, Hortensia Bermejo and Wynn Williamson, have worked together in the Madrid real estate market for more than 20 years. The business is wholly owned by the partners and is fully independent.
