 SOUTHCAP is a public limited company that received approval from the Portuguese Securities Market Commission (CMVM) on May 19, 2022. Its primary function is the investment and management of real estate assets held through funds and Sicafis, specializing in office assets located in Lisbon. SOUTHCAP is an independent Portuguese company entirely owned by two of its directors. Its main focus is on adapting the objectives of its investors to the proposed and implemented investment projects.
