Biography
Rahul Sule is the Head of EMEA and APAC Real Estate Finance and Special Opportunities. He manages a cross functional team based in London, Milan, and Sydney

The business underwrites and executes large, complex financing solutions and acquires stressed and distressed loans as a principal.

Prior to this role, Rahul was the Co-head of EMEA, APAC Real Estate Finance focusing on origination, capital markets, risk pricing & trading. Previously he was responsible for EMEA CMBS Capital Markets having joined the CMBS business in 2007.

He is based in London having previously been based in Tokyo and Hong Kong where he was part of JPM’s Asia Credit Markets team trading corporate high yield and distressed debt securities and loans.
