Biography
Matthew was appointed as Chief Executive in 2015, after previously serving on the Board of Development Securities PLC as a Director since 2004. While at Development Securities, Matthew spearheaded the Company’s acquisition activities, completing transactions with a GDV of well over £3bn. Prior to joining Development Securities, Matthew worked as a Fund Manager at both Legal & General and AXA Investment Management looking after segregated Fund management mandates across all property sectors.
