Martin Gimber has been Director at pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank since July 2013 and, as Head of pbb’s branch in Berlin he is responsible for Real Estate Finance Germany Region North-East. He began his professional career in 1988 in the field of Real Estate Financing at HVB. In 2006 he moved to DG HYP where he headed the Berlin office. He has many years of experience in the German Real Estate and Lending business both with real estate professionals as well as international and institutional clients. The focus of his activities is the financing of real estate investments with single properties and portfolios. He also focusses on the financing of development projects in appropriate locations and with adequate financing models.
