Biography
Marta has 13 years’ experience in PERE, having developed her career on the buy-side specialising in acquisitions, restructuring and turnaround of operational real-estate backed platforms. Her background has covered different verticals within operational real estate, namely prime retail outlets, senior living, hospitality and healthcare, always within opportunistic or special situation structures. Prior to her career in Private Equity, Marta graduated as a MSc Civil Engineer at Universidad Politecnica in Spain.

Marta is Head of Expansion at Gravity Co, in charge of implementing Gravity Co’s expansion plans from a real estate deal and capital markets perspective.
Gravity is an aspirational asset-light co-living brand which aims to create a global community of young professionals by offering beautifully designed living spaces with a strong focus on delivering the best possible lifestyle experience for members.
