Biography
Lindsay Taylor leads the implementation of Deepki’s ESG platform & consultancy services for global real estate clients, accompanying stakeholders from data collection & analysis to ESG strategy alignment to implementation with the goal of accelerating real estate’s environmental transition towards net zero and sustainability.
Starting her career in hospitality, initially in operations and then commercial pricing, her roles highlighted a lack of accessible data that allows for effective commercial decision-making. Lindsay branched out into data systems and technology before moving into real estate, which continues to face the same challenges. 
Deepki
Founded in 2014, Deepki has developed a SaaS solution that uses data intelligence to guide real estate players in their net-zero transition. The solution leverages customer data to improve assets’ ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) performance and maximise asset value. Deepki operates in 39 countries, with 180 team members across offices in Paris, London, Berlin, Milan and Madrid.
