Biography
Johannes co-founded Kintyre and heads up the Berlin office as a Managing Partner. Before joining Kintyre, Johannes was working with Lloyds Banking Group with a specific mandate to provide debt instruments to UK clients investing in German Real Estate. During his career of over 15 years Johannes has participated in over €4.0bln of German real estate transactions, as either a direct investor, asset manager, advisor, or financier. Johannes holds a Bachelors of Applied Geography/ Regional Development from Trier University and holds a degree as a German Chartered Surveyor/ Sachverständiger.
