Biography
Johan is the CEO at Fiduciam with 20+ years in structured finance. He held key roles at Deutsche Bank and UBS. He was awarded by Risk Structured Products for pioneering the structured products market. Johan introduced capital guaranteed funds and Europe's first ETFs at Merrill Lynch in 1993. At Deutsche Bank, he established the successful X-markets platform, offering capital markets products. In 2008, he founded Luxembourg Financial Group, later acquired by UBS. In 2014, he co-founded Fiduciam.
