Biography
Jack J. Sitt is the founder of Thor Logis and the visionary behind the ModernHaus SoHo Hotel,the debut hotel of Thor Equities’ first-ever hospitality brand. With a decade of property experience, Jack plays a key role in implementing business plans through sourcing, acquiring, leasing, and overseeing the sales of properties in national markets. Jack began his career at Savanna Fund in 2013 before founding his real estate acquisition company, Colt Equities, in 2014. In 2020, Jack shifted his focus to founding a logistics business in partnership with Thor Equities Group where he currently oversees an industrial and data center portfolio and development pipeline exceeding 20 million square feet valued at over $2 billion.
