Biography
Guillaume commence sa carrière en 2007 en intégrant la société de gestion La Française REM (anciennement Groupe UFG), acteur historique du marché de la SCPI. En 2014, Guillaume rejoint Primonial REIM, acteur majeur de l’épargne immobilière, en qualité de Responsable Développement Grands Comptes. Fort de ces 14 années d’expérience sur le marché de l’immobilier collectif, il rejoint en juin 2021 Greenman Arth.
Greenman Arth
Basée à Paris, Greenman Arth est une société de gestion de portefeuille. Elle maîtrise toute la chaîne de valeur, à savoir, l'acquisition, la valorisation et la gestion des actifs grâce à une équipe d'experts dans ce domaine. Elle a lancé début 2022 la SCPI GMA Essentialis, visée par l’AMF, qui est spécialisée dans l’immobilier de la grande distribution alimentaire en France et en Allemagne.
