Biography
Fabio Filadelli, after graduating with honors in Economics and thesis in "Real estate funds and commercial real estate"; at the University of Genoa (Italy), began his professional career in Property Management in 2010 at Cogest Retail (later acquired by Cushman & Wakefield), managing prime Italian malls. In 2016 he joined Ingka Centres, the real estate company of the IKEA group, with the role of Operations Manager. First, he took part in the opening and management of ELNÒS Shopping (Brescia, Italy), and then he started-up the UK branch with the acquisition of Kings Mall, a mixed- use urban asset in the Hammersmith district (London), to be regenerated also through the development of the new IKEA XS Store concept.
Nhood is the global real estate operator of the Mulliez Family Association. Established in 12 countries, Nhood employs more than 1,200 employees and manages nearly 1,000 sites, half of which are in France, the rest in Western and Eastern Europe.
