Biography
23 years of Real Estate. Education: ESTP: Engineering diplomma, MIT: M.S. in Nuclear Engineering, Insead: MBA. Eric joined The Carlyle Group in 2001 as Fund Head in charge of establishing its European RE platform (from scratch). Over 12 years, he has raised and invested around 4 billion euros of equity (in 3 funds) in more than 100 transactions in 13 countries. Over this period, he had established a talented team of almost 50 people of different nationalities in 6 countries with no turnover. Prior to Carlyle, he was Head of Lasalle Investment Management continental European operations where he raised and invested several funds.
