Biography
Emmanuel Verhoosel is Managing Partner of the venture capital firm Fluxus Ventures. Fluxus Ventures incubates and invests in PropTech companies active in digitization, ecological transition and development of new ways of living and working in the real estate sector. He is also CEO of Square Sense, an innovative real estate data analytics company. Emmanuel has 30 years of experience in real estate, investment banking and venture capital in London, New York, Paris et Brussels. He has previously advised and financed prominent real estate investors with JPMorgan, ING et Natixis. Education: Master in Finance of the London Business School and Master of Laws of the London School of Economics
